Privacy

When you join the Pro waitlist or buy Pro, Stripe keeps your email address and any payment details. For email alerts, the app sends your email address through our website to Resend, which delivers them.

The app sends us records of your searches and the automatic cart, with the campground, site and dates, and your app and macOS versions. Pro records are filed under your subscription, and the free app's records carry a random number your Mac made. Upstash stores the records.

Google's Gemini answers the help chat and may use what you type. We keep help chats for 90 days.

When you send a bug report, we receive your description and any email address, screenshot, app details and diagnostic logs you include. Upstash stores the report for 90 days, and Resend sends it to our support team. Email copies may be kept longer to resolve your report.

Vercel hosts our website and sees IP addresses. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it. Stripe's checkout page and the Recreation.gov pages the app opens may collect information about your activity over time and across websites.

Terms

Pro lets the app put an open campsite in your Recreation.gov cart. You finish and pay for the reservation there. CampSlam cannot promise you a site.

Pro is a yearly subscription, charged to your payment method. It renews automatically every year until you cancel.

You can cancel at campslamusa.com/manage or by emailing hello@campslamusa.com. Canceling stops the next renewal, and Pro keeps working until your paid year ends.
